AU9-s Install Problem

Hello

We are installing a new AU9-S dish and having a few issues here.
Why do we get good signal out of only 2 ports and nothing out of he 2 ports on the AU9-s LNB??

Bad multiswitch built into the LNB assembly?

I've run into bad LNBs right out of the box with the same symptoms. Take/send the LNB back to where you bought it for a replacement.

If you decide to just limp along with just the 2 good ports, you will probably find that the other 2 will fail soon - then you are completely down.

That is what I figured to I ordered a new today to replace it..

The one that failed was on a new dish purchased about 6 months ago so I could not return it.
