HOA can have new guideline for the dish, that's okay. But the probem is they want to enforce the existing dish to follow the new guideline. I am okay to relocate the dish, but should HOA or me pay the expense of relocation?? Is there any law which clearly state this?

I have been trying to get the closed caption work for my 522, but tried everything and still not working for me.. I am sure my TV has CC support, I used it when I was still with comcast, I tried both tv1 and tv2 with no luck... Does anyone has the same problem? Any tip to fix it??
