no closed caption for 522

I have been trying to get the closed caption work for my 522, but tried everything and still not working for me..

I am sure my TV has CC support, I used it when I was still with comcast,
I tried both tv1 and tv2 with no luck...

Does anyone has the same problem? Any tip to fix it??
