Tampa 8 My point is if his signal levels are that low his dish needs to be realigned. If their was an outage for his specific area than DIRT would have said something or at least acknowledged an issue. Posted Using The New SatelliteGuys Reader App!

The poster did state his signal level is 27 and he also stated that his signal strength is not the greatest. The signal level he has now could be contributing to some of the poster's issues he really need to have Dish Network send someone out to realign his dish to peak it for performance.

It sounds like you might need to have your satellite dish realigned.

I have tried a simple red reset button that did not fix the issue. Then I unplugged the box for 15 seconds and plugged it back in. It will play the shows on prime time anytime but will not automatically skip commercials. It does not even prompt me if I want to use auto-hop.

No I am not. I am simply having an issue where auto hop on prime time anytime is not working. Period I called Dish Network at 1-800-333-3474 they filled out an incident ticket and would get back to me within 24 hours. I wanted to see if I am the only one experiancing this issue or was it cause...

The auto-hop feature is not working on prime time any time. It is not even prompting me if I want to use it either like it used to. The software version is S238 NACB. It updated a day or two ago.

britorto is right I have a duo node as well it is three lines from the Dish.

The sling adapter have a one year limited warrenty. Need to call Dish Network to troubleshoot and have them replace it if they can not fix it with troubleshooting.
