Ditto. It's not just the sports channels with scoreguide for me. When it decides to slow down it is slow no matter what I am doing.

I have the same issues here in DFW. Tech has been out once and checked all the connections. He re terminated a couple of the connections but it made no difference.

These are not just small market issues. I am having the same issue with both my HR-21 & my HR10-250 in Dallas, TX. It has been worse since the recent issue with the non responsive remote.

I have an HR21 and all the guide data is missing for the HD channels. Everything says "To Be Announced". Consequently none of the shows in my scheduler have recorded for the past several days. The SD channel info is there. I have power cycled the system. Anyone else having this problem? Matt

Thanks for all the replies. I agree that being told you were transfered to a manager and actually being transfered to a manager are two different things. I'm just glad there are places like this that you can go to for the real answers.

This was not a first level CSR. This was a person I was transfered to after asking for a 2nd level tech. The first tech I had told me I had the tuner 1 and tuner 2 cables crossed on the back of my receiver. Guess I just got two real winners up there today. Matt
