HD Guide data missing.

I have an HR21 and all the guide data is missing for the HD channels. Everything says "To Be Announced". Consequently none of the shows in my scheduler have recorded for the past several days. The SD channel info is there. I have power cycled the system. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope. How long has this unit been in place? Has it ever shown the EPG data?

My H20 use to have this problem awhile back, a simple reboot would take care of it, it would take a few hours to repopulate the guide and a few days to populate out to the 14 days.
