4K channels on Roku missing

I have a LG OLED 4K tv, all settings on TV and Roku Ultra are correct to accept HDR and Dolby Vision, yet on the Directv Stream App I don't get channel 104, 105 shows up on occasion. What could be the issue here?

Are you on Directv internet or Directv satellite? I use the app on most of my TVs and the 4K channels from 104-106 are always there. BTW, I find the PQ better than the satellite feed.
