Lost Local DTV Channels Zip 44060 771

Due to wind and several rain storms I lost some of my HD and all Local channels. I have aligned my dish and now get 98% on 101 on my alignment meter and all HD channels are back and great. I still get the 771 error code for all local channels. I have attach copies of my DTV satellite reading for review. I would like some direction as to what satellite sends me locals. I would like some specific advise on what adjustments on the dish i should be using to fine tune to get locals, pictures of that adjustment would be great.

It looks like your locals are on 103s transponders 17 and 18. Check YouTube for videos that show how to adjust your dish.
