We kept the e-mails and phone convo's because they did want em back after they told us to toss it all!!! i'm gonna hold onto the e-mail and phone call for 600 years in case they change there minds

just for giggles i created a new dtv acct. and everything came from AT&T even the acct number. so there not away from AT&T yet. i don't think that they ever will be unless there sold off!!! i called in right away and canceled that sh*t!!! this was using a new address and new e-mail to...
