    I'm leaning to "I demand satisfaction" when they have your money, won't give it back and you are stuck with Lynn as a customer service rep who has a tough time with subtraction, but knows her addition quite well. If I get lost in Mexico, I'll use the "I need help" advice. :yes :p

    Yep, using component I get them as well. ESPN-HD and HBO quite a bit...called and they switched boxes. Still doing it, said another box to be sent over on Saturday. I've tried two different cables...if this (3rd) box switch doesn't solve it...I may have to de-Voom.

    I thought guys just drink beer and flip the channels! :) Looks like the OTA won't get all the channels but he mentioned a stronger antenna, a straight shooter? :confused: But I may just do the cable thing now that I've read the manuel and found out both component inputs will work. ;)
