    I have an all black remote with a green "D". If you look in the remote User Guide page 6 "Use A, B, C, or D to access additional cable features ( see your cable converter's manual ). Now I do not have a cable converter's manual so maybe Steve would know.

    Just to let you know I had to have a tech install them. They would not let me do it myself. Also the remotes have more functions on them and the software (menu) is different.

    Bright House vs Dish

    I live in Brevard County and subscribe to Bright House Cable and would like to know if Dish might be a better choice. I subscribed to Voom and loved all the HD. I currently pay around $210/month for cable, phone and RR. Is the HD picture quality better on Bright House? Any suggestions?
