    Correction....."System Upgrades" is the name of the unavailable option. (I regret the error.)

    I tried the 1.65 upgrade, per the directions on Dish Network's software download site.... http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/customerCare/technical/software_versions/index.asp .....but the directions do not match the available options. "System Upgraded" is not an option.
