My VIP612 has L602 on it. I signed up for the beta and after I put in the R# it just tells me that my device is not online. Now I can download things from DishOnline so I know the ethernet connection is working. So I guess the 612's don't work yet.

Yea I saw that. I deleted all my channels and did a rescan. I have the new channel listed in the guide but the signal is too weak or too jumbled for me to get any signal.

Yes we are talking about this over in the AVS forum and the KWWL guys that post there believe that they are going HD on dish today. So I'm not sure what DISH is doing.

Interesting. I just went and looked at dishnetwork.com and only two of my locals are listed in HD where as in the uplink report I saw that they had all 4. I wonder if I'm only getting a couple of my channels in HD.

This Morning I looked this morning and the Cedar Rapids Locals were not in HD yet. I hope they come today while I'm at work.

Yea I did that and I can see the new channel but where as all the UHF channels are around 90 to 100% signal strength the VHF channel that our local moved to is coming it at about 11%. I have a combo UHF/VHF antenna but I guess the VHF side doesn't work as well. I tried to adjust the VHF...

How So how do these local HD upgrades normally go. Will I just flip on the TV tomorrow and see an HD channel next to the SD channel. Were in Cedar Rapids and we are also on the list for tomorrow. Jason
