In my experience Dish is usually pretty good at getting out a replacement in a timely fashion. As to getting a 722? One can hope I guess! Maybe you'll get lucky.

Nice! Always feels good to get the same thing for less money. Dish Network has some really competitive pricing nowadays and with the free HD for life, its just that much better. Have you contacted Dish to set that up yet?

Pretty awesome that Dish Network has all 210 local markets. I'm sure each market will continue to expand somewhat, although some of the smaller local channels are nothing to write home about.

An open work order may prevent you from making changes to your account. I wouldn't be surprised if you are able sign up for the Free HD once your work order has been cleared from the system.

Changes like this always have a learning curve. I'd just watch your next bill and if you haven't been grandfathered in, give Dish Network a call and discuss it with them. Just quote them the lines above from the official blog and I'd imagine you;ll be all right. Pretty good deal I'd say...
