i was reading another thread with iceburg saying something about 110 and 119 but i thought the only thing on there was direct tv... no free channels.... i was also looking at the amc15 i think it is... someone said there were 45 channels on it... with the proper placement for clear line of...

ok guys, Got the dish aimed and am receiving Galaxy10r... got good quality and strength, about 18 english channels... i don't speak any other languages so i don't need them, probably should have left the spanish on there to learn. anyhow, it was tricky. the settings are so tight, just 1/8th off...

i've been to the langsat site trying to find all i can aim at. i'm confused about the terms. i understand the F... the nagravision, digicipher and powerVu... what i don't understand is the DVB... that's a type of broadcast, not an encryption, right.... and NTSC... that's what our tv's are...

going to try and get this thing planted this weekend, will keep you guys posted, thanks bunches for the help... after what iceberg said i checked out the langsat site and he's right of course, everything on vertical... stuff on horizontal i can live without. wish me luck, jeff out.

first time post so don't be too hard on me guys. i've got this primestar dish with lnb. i've been reading as much as possible and think i've got it straight but would like to be sure. this dish is 40X44 inches so i should be able to pick up Galaxy 10R.. the lnb has a V & H coax connection on it...

hey ice.. any idea if the company that makes this unit are going to support it in the future...fortec killed theirs, no more updates for it which acutally stinks cause i bought one and don't want to run into that problem again. really considering the captiveworks 600 and would like your input...
