I've had both services in the past. If you're only interested in games, Gamefly wins, hands down. You get new releases quicker. Their stock is more robust. Shipping is faster. I found Blockbuster to be kind of a dud.

You shouldn't need to call. The same thing happened last season for me. I signed up for multi-sport in September, FSN AZ was removed (but I still received it), then it was re-added to my programming list when I canceled multi-sport in January.

When there's not much happening, they usually switch to the game with the team on a drive closest to the red zone. Also, there are no commercials, so that's a plus. In absence of Sunday Ticket, it's a worthwhile $8/month.
