Mine started doing the same thing today. It's been going through its cycle for the past 14 hours. Dish is sending another 522 to us too.

I also have dsl with filters installed. If I enable caller id, it picks up the phone and cuts all incoming calls off!

Boy am I dumb! I was using the wrong keys to scroll. Anyway, it says the last connect was 11/15/04. That's when I activated this receiver. I know that it's not really getting through because I can't dial in to see my bill or add programming or anything else, but I guess I should just keep quiet!

:confused: I just turn off power using the remote. Does this turn off "BOTH" tuners? I've noticed that even after I do this, the Dish screensaver stays on and all I have to do is hit "select" to turn it back on. Am I only turning 1 tuner off? And if so, how do you turn both off? My program...

There is no scroll. Wasn't one on the other receiver. Last line is DST:0x0. When I try to dial out from that screen, it tells me to dial outs pending. The other receiver said the same thing.

Well, I bought the 522 on Ebay for $174. Dish is coming out to install it for me and I'll be able to use it in another room as well. The 721 was about $100 more from some of the retailers, so I went with the 522. Hopefully the major bugs have been taken care of!
