Frank doesn't look any better in HD although Danielle does. I dropped Direct TV a couple of months ago when I figured out 90-percent of what I was watching was on CBS (which I can get with an antenna) or History Channel. $85/month for Direct TV vs. $8 for Netflix. I can wait until it shows up...

It's nice to have it back on KU, LyngSat is now listing God TV on the same transponder as FTV on Amazonas; and there's a bunch of new channels on 11730 H 27500. I'm getting a very strong signal on this in Iowa on a 90cm dish.

There is some on 97W Galaxy 19. They're listed on "The List" posted on this site. They are mostly not-quite-mainstream talk shows and religious networks. Anything else is encrpyted.

The article cited internet-delivered video as another major reason. Despite the cable companies losing video subscribers, all of the providers listed in the article's chart showed big increases in high-speed internet subscribers.

I try to check every day, although I don't post too often. I'm not nearly as active in FTA as many of you, but I've picked up a lot of very valuable information, and appreciate the dedication of the members of this forum.

If it's not the familiar Bonanza theme, then most likely those are episodes in the public-domain, either they were never copyrighted or the copyright expired. They get the program dirt cheap because they don't have to pay royalties, but the theme song is copyrighted, so something else is...

Apparently it's gone. It's no longer listed on Fashion One's web site, only satellites covering Europe and Asia.

Fashion One HD is on 91.5 EAST (over Asia) they're running crawls about their HD channel making it sound like it's available everywhere. FTV was on 97 W in SD for quite a few years before it went to HD and scrambled. The 2 channels are competitors, FTV being the better of the two.
