Not only that, but any recorded 4K content (so far) has also been watchable on my Panasonic 720p TV that is connected to my H3. The H3 plays the recording and outputs it in the format the TV can handle.

The 311 used a different modulation scheme to encode the audio and video into the broadcast stream. I don't think there is anything in the sky that it could see and produce a picture from. But, I could be wrong - first time this hour.
