Me too! Called in on the 333 number and requested the Voom channels. They asked if I had a dish on 61.5, explained it would be $5.00 more and read off my new monthly charge. I replied "Thank you," and they were activated before I was able to put the handset down.

Actually, looking at the installation screen for a new dish/switch, it is giving us clues. It does tuner 1, then tuner 2, then advances. Check the signal strength bars for both -- they should be very close. The 921 is very fussy about having both its tuners agree (so it doesn't have to...

Not exactly... Power inserter needs to be on the SW64 output 1. The 921 must see the same "configuration" [same type switches, same selection of satellite/polarities] on both its inputs. (i.e. I used SW64-1 and SW64-4 with no problem.)

Hmmm... I've been doing a M-F timer recording of an OTA show since I got my 921 several months ago, it's been working 99% reliably. [Only 2 failures -- one as a result of a new version download, the other transmitter problems.] Can you do a manual timer? (i.e. by setting channel/date/time)

Hmmm... Dish Network STBs are usually pretty good about slightly "shrinking" the picture so things like the score box fit on the screen. (Seems many HDTV manufacturers slightly stretch the picture so all the sets in the manufacturing run will display images that completely fill the screen.)...

You may see "crystal clear", but what is the front-end seeing? I live on the backside of a hill from the transmitting antenna (9 miles away), and there's a water tank on top of the hill. I have issues of multi-path. Sometimes I have to "rotor" differently when I change channels -- and...
