I've got nothing, absolutely nothing on any sat. I went to signal strength meter and I've got zero on a half a dozen transponders on any eastern arc bird.

I wish I had an answer for you & myself. I have a new HD receiver and a couple of weeks ago I swapped my LNB and the problem improved immediately. Reception has been great until last night. I lost several HD & SD channels -- two Boston channels and several Canadian HD.

My replacement was shipped to me by my broker on Monday but it did need to be activated. Working great and since I already had a 2TB USB drive now I've got a DVR.

Thanks, I'll let you know about broker once I hear from mine. I expect it will be handled like the card swap only with that one they weren't pre-activated.

Good luck. I agree with you about the 62.5. Unfortunately, if the same thing happens to the 1K4 it's all the channels not just a few of them.

The tech that installed the 1K4 at my house said it shouldn't be mounted out of reach since snow is more likely to build up on it. The sats are at a higher in the sky at our latitude than ones at 110, 119 & 129. It was installed on 1/22/2011 and I've needed to clean it off several times.

It is in "Family 1" theme pack for $8 per month. Some channels from certain theme packs were available a la carte but I don't see that option here: BellTV En - Programming Packages @ Kusat.com.

Hi, That would be because on the 211 it isn't an EHD, it is a DVR activation fee:)
