    Yes sir and still no luck. I am dumbfounded as to what is going on and why all these troubleshooting methods aren't working.

    Thank you Raoul. I attempted the troubleshooting you suggested (numerous times) and it hasn't worked. So far I have used half the zip codes for Baltimore and DC without luck. For some strange reason it is still reverting back to the Los Angeles listing for television.
