I have swapped out LNB's, It is random as to which or what works when it wants to.

Just moving the cables from one receiver to the other.

Right now, one receiver working with good to excellent signal numbers and the other receiver is complete signal loss with not one transponder showing anything.

The Campground generator goes up to full power before the switch is thrown. My Yamaha is an inverter type and won't come on until it gets full power and after a 10-15 second delay built into my auto transfer switch. I have been using this same setup for years without this problem.

A couple of 222's , I have reception on one and complete loss on other and it's raining out.

At my camper and every time I start my generator and the 211 boots I have to do a check switch. This was never required before. It used to just acquire sats and not check switch. Is there a setting somewhere?

Exactly why I mounted the dish on a post off my deck, walk out on the deck with a pot of hot water and Bingo!! There is no way I would have the dish on a roof.

I just traded in my VIP222 for 2 VIP211's. The reason is I want HD in both rooms. I got an email from dish saying they are sending me a VIP211/VIP411. Does anyone know what this is?

Dish says, "Give the customer what they want". And they did for me with Velocity without asking.

I think I can say this more simply, I want to use two tv's on one 211 and be able to control it from the second location.

I planned on using the vip211k in the camper and hook up the bedroom tv with the camper coax and be able to change channels on the receiver in the living area. No can do I guess.

I have a spare UHF remote from my 222k, will it work on a 211k?
