My dealings with them previously were very good. I went with them to upgrade because of all the good comments. I do agree with you about them not dropping everything to help me. But from beginning to end 4 1/2 hours before i gave up they certainly didn't drop anything.

A complete opposite experience from the last time. The last time my issues were promptly taken care of...

Scott I also had a line splitting my screen splitting my screen in half. It seems to have gone away this morning

no actualy it was sitting on the wood floor wide open. I unplugged it and restarted it and so far it has seemed to fix the problem.

ok so I had my new receivers installed . And now I notice today that the 722k sounds like my computer. I guess this would be the fan ? . it has been running for a few hours. I don't think it's supposed to be running all the time. any one know anything about this.

I guess I found out the hard way. Maybe I'll try to go with the 722

ok, after seeing that dish was offering the 922 receiver free , I thought I would call again. well it gets better. It's not $450 but $649.F'n unbelievable. Apparently I am being penalized for being bundled with AT&T.
