    Hopper Upgrades

    Best Route

    I called and was quoted $150 for the HD DVR minus the $50 rebate. Also a $20 a month rebate for 10 months. Then the $5 no phone line fee, the $6 DVR fee and $20 a month for HD service. This was for signing an 18 month commitment. Is this the best they can do? How can they compete with cable?
