    I have had the same issue - after only three days. I change the resolutions on the unit and everything is good. Weird occurence. I wonder what the deal is.

    I called retention, as well. My HR-20 is supposed to be installed next Friday. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. All I had to pay was $15.99 for shipping, because I own the HR10 w/ Tivo.

    Will DirecTivo HR10-250 work with 5 LNB Dish?

    This could be a stupid question, but does the HR10-250 work with the new 5 LNB dish? Reason I ask is I am moving at the end of the month and a guy in D's tech department told me that it does and that I can the new 5 LNB dish upgrade for free. A little help here - please.
