Caller ID does not work. Voom is aware of the problem. The previous caller displays instead of the current caller.

I understand, but it was displaying on the full screen until I reset the power. I been having Voom OTA since June with no problems.

Since a power loss, I now have black bars on the right and left on the OTA channels. I checked and I'm set to 1080i, and tried native mode. Before this, all of my OTA channels filled the full screen. I reset the power again with the same results. Not sure what has changed. Any suggestions?

Problem with my caller id. The first time it worked fine checking it out, but then I noticed that when the phone rings, it shows the previous caller instead fo the current callers #. Anyone else notice this?

One thing I have noticed with the caller id is the current call is not being displayed when my phone rings. The previous call gets displayed instead of the current caller. Anyone else notice this???

Just updated and the STB locked up after about 19 minutes. Reset and it is working so far, for about an hour..... Really like the caller id feature

Mapping and/or unmapping channels When my Voom was installed, OTA local channel 54.01 was mapped to WUPL. WUPL since moved ther antenna and is now broadcasting on 24.01. What needs to be done to remove the old mapping. I have done an OTA scan and it does not pick up the new channel 24.01...
