I find it interesting. So much discussion of 4k and 1080(i/p). Very little notation of compression and bandwidth. In my opinion, compression and bandwidth affect picture quality as much or MORE than resolution, 4k and 1080(i/p).

OMG streaming with 'ads'. :( The same 3-4 ads every ad segment. And usually single ad repeated more than once during an ad segment. Short term, Really missing ability to time offset watching and 30sec skip to skip commercials.

Verify'd, FireStick DA attemps to stream recordings, but just a black screen, no error message on DA. Signed up for service plan for free shipping. No tech needed. They are allowing, and I prefer Self Install. :)

Well, This Hopper 3 worked for 4 years almost to the day. Called support, Replacement H3 on the way. We awoke Monday to hardrive failure. Thankfully, the current software sllows tuners to function without harddrive. At least for the H3 itself, all joeys show menus, guides, ets, but no channels...
