I found that page..but I don't see a way to get something that I can print-out..so I can flip through and see what I want to watch each day..it seems to be online only..... I'm looking for something printable.

I think the original offer was for a 508. If I wanted a 625, it was going to cost me a $75 fee and I would be subject to dvr and lease fees.

Upgraded my 7200 I got the same letter..talked to CS people...then asked to talk to a customer retention person. I got my 7200 upgraded to a 625 (so I now have a dual tuner), with no PVR fee, no lease fee, no 24-month committment and no phone hookup required. (we've been with dish for 8 years).

Just got off the phone with dish..they say that november sometime is when the 7200 will start losing channels. I was not getting far with trying to get a 625 upgrade with no fees for my 7200 until I asked for customer retention. I've been a customer for 8 years...all is taken care of. 625...

No, I don't use it, but I wonder if that helps me bargain to get a better receiver. I really like my 7200 and am disappointed that it will stop working...so I want to get the best that I can get in exchange. Does anyone know when the 7200's will stop working? thanks.

this is also for dishplayer 7200?? I just received what looks like the same letter...but I only have 1 dish receiver...an aged dishplayer 7200. I called and they want to replace my receiver with a 311...which is not acceptable since it is NOT a dvr box. What do I have to do to get the best...
