How important is the setting of the skew for a Dishnet Hughes dish? Does leaving the skew at 90 effect the performance of the system?

You have to have a DP lnb to work with the DP 3:4 switch....an older legacy twin will not work with the switch.

If the DP Adapter is hooked up correctly the 2800 will show being hooked to a SW64 switch after the check switch is run.

No, you will need a DPP 44 switch to connect all 4 sat locations and will need 4 lines running from the lnb's to the switch, one for each sat location.

NO.......once you activate your 622 w/new metal pkg your 811 will no longer receive the HD programming, only SD will be received.

If you have an electrical outlet close to the DPP44 you can move the 625 to port 4 and just run the power inserter on port one without a receiver.
