2 ideas might help Check to see if you have something recorded that goes past the hour -- like to 10:01. If you do and you have 2 shows set to record at 10:00 there is your third recording. If that is not the problem then. I would do a full reboot. Turn off the box and the TV. Unplug the box...

No way for the guide that I have found. However, I have put a parental block on all the channels we never watch. This at least is faster when you surf the channels, I must have 75 or so blocked that way. The parent block also lets me block channels I really don't want in my home -- Fox News...

try unplugging the box from the power source for about a minute and plug it back in. It will reboot and take about 3 to 5 minutes before the time comes back up. then turn it on -- your TV should work then. If you still have the same problems then you do need a TW tech person -- good luck!

I have two boxes -- an 8300HD DVR and a 2100. Both boxes will reboot on their own. There seems to be no reason for the reboots.
