Thanks cjrudy. I do have it connected with an HDMI cable. But changing Native to off seems to have fixed it for me for now.

I sub to HBO and no one offered me free CineMax. All I got was a call from a DirecTv salesperson wanting me to sub to Starz at the great value price of $11 a month. lol

The way it worked for me was I called and got the basic deal. After it was installed and activated I called the next day and got the HDTIVO at the retention deal. I couldn't get it until I had activated the first receiver.

I called three times. They brought my name up on their screen after the first call and they all stood by $499 after rebate even though I told them I had been with VOOM and could get a HDDVR from Dish for $250. How do I get the $199 deal from Directv?
