I can get the new channels by manually entering the channel numbers on the remote, but they are not appearing in my guide. So, if I just do channel up or down I still get the SD version. I had reset my receiver at 6 am. How do I get the guide to update?

I am getting the NFL network on9300 and I do have the Sports Pack.
