    Iceberg, What is the difference between the 64 switch you mentioned and the 34 switch? Dish is coming out Thursday and they put in the comments to bring out 1 34 switch and 2 dp adaptors. Just curious BTW, I won't be paying a cent, as they will install a Dish300 for must carry...

    Well, I am only guessing, but I think if you get in on a Promo deal that Dish Network is still making a profit. Agree? If you jump in on the deal, it's money that they wouldn't have had, right? If you were told you wouldn't be allowed in on the Promo because you have already "been in"...

    why don't you get a DISH300 instead(only one lnb) and first check if you have any locals on 61.5. I do(2 or 3 PBS's) and DISH is coming out Thursday to put up DISH300 and switch for free. check this link ----> http://ekb.dbstalk.com/dishlist.htm Mike

    I understood this before I called up, but I found out something else I didn't know. It seems that since I am getting the Dish300 hooked up with the Dish500, I would need a SW64 (I have DishPro and legacy equip.) Dish employee said that since I need the switch in order to make the setup...

    The lady I spoke to said the promo ran until the 24th of Nov. I asked her to check with her Supervisor since it had only been 5 days past. She came back on and said the supervisor wouldn't do it. Has anyone gotten the promo recently, after the supposed 24th cutoff? If so, how do I go...
