I don't know anything about using drive repair utlity software, so I could try reformatting it to Fat32. I formatted it the first time from the DVR1100 but, as I stated, neither one will recognize it. Is there a way I can do it from my computer? I have Windows 7. Thanks Mande

I got Glorystar to get SBN. I also get it now on Dish but on Glorystar the picture is a lot darker. Actually, most of the time it is too dark. What would cause this? Thanks Mande:(

Thanks I noticed that it stayed about 2-3 min behind but then one day it was almost 5 min so I returned it to the factory default and turned it off by the switch on the back and on again and it was back to 2-3 behind. I now make sure and turn it off at least once a day and did as you said-set...
