If the game on NBA tv is blacked out in your area. You might get lucky and be able to watch the finish if it last longer then 2.5 hours, as that's when the blackout ends. Otherwise you need to get TWSN, which isn't available on Dish.

Looks like Direct TV just agreed to carry TWSN. Dish you are the only remaining hold out

I am having the exact same problem. Dish has sent me a replacement sling adapter, it worked for about 1 day and then stopped working with no light on it. I plug it in a pc an it gets detected. Dish then replaced my receiver. Receiver works fine but same issue with the replacement sling adapter...

External hard drive works fine when plugged into the receiver. If somebody wants to try plugging your sling adapter to a pc USB port and let me know if the sling adapter light comes on, that might up resolve it. Thanks

That's what I think, but when I plugged it in to a pc, the pc detects it and tries to find a driver. However, when Sling Adapter is plugged in to receiver or pc no led light is on.

Dish has replaced my sling adapter and VIP 722K receiver. I plug the sling adapter in to the 722 receiver and no led lights come on the sling adapter. Chatted with advance tech support and tech is going to submit a Technical Problem. Anybody else have the same idea or suggestion to get it fixed.

So as an Angel fan, does anybody have a list that can be published of games that are going to be blacked out. I checked my guide this morning and it showed today's game as available, but tonight it is blacked out. If I get a list of blackout games at least I can go to a restaurant or friends...

What I remember from one of the Charlie chats when the DVR fees started, was the 501/508 would never have a DVR fee. It's sad we a big corporation can't keep it's promise. Don't say never if it's something you can't keep.
