if you want to get locals from All american direct what orbit do you have to be pointing at if you are in the eastern US. Like Maryland?

I can't understand why it would be that hard to get what a new customer wants? If they want your business I would want to think they would give it to you. I just don't understand companies trying to shove stuff at you like a take it or leave offer.

What does NPS mean?

I don't have a problem with paying the installer to come out to do the job at all. The problem I have is trying to communicate with Dish with what I want. I have tried to talk their language my language and all the above but I still get told NO! Maybe I am not saying the magic words? Got Me.
