You're both right. They will suspend it for $5 a month for up to 6 months. However, if you are still under contract, the time your account is suspended will NOT count towards your contractual obligation. Just keep that in mind.

No, you should only need the 1 Ka/Ku dish. My mother in law lives in Lewistown and they only have a 18" single LNB dish. Your dish will point roughly 227* SW.

With a basic cable feed and a standard (non HD) Directv receiver you can diplex the signal with no problem. Try diplexing a HD signal and your begging for "searching for satellite signal" messages. Like JD said, run new lines.

Yup, I have them from before they started packing them with the dish (which was a good idea IMO). Anyway, they are out there and shouldn't be too hard for you to find if you need them.

They make different size clamps for the mono poles, they are for the international dishes. They will work fine on a standard sized mount. I have a bunch of them and have used them on standard mounts successfully.:up
