No it's an ultra so no wi fi, was curious if you could use a program like easy tether to tether phone to box like you can a computer. Even if you could im not sure it would have enough speed for the box. Haven't seen anything on this subject. Like ya said prolly wont work.

Wish I could help you with the actuator but as far as the dish, What I do is position dish where ya want it then tighten the bolts at your hinge if you have the ability to do so, then take your actuator loose.
