So, just had OrbyTV installed at my cabin, as I think it will be perfect for seasonal use (one season cabin, so turn on for the summer, and then turn it off when summer is over until the next summer). Was just curious what the Ethernet and/or USB ports were used for? Anyone know? Thanks.

No, I don't get any HD locals to home in on. I'm using an H20, so I did select the 5 LNB dish during setup and used the initial parameters it said to use. Also cross checked with another program of the internet which corresponded to the first set of parameters. Miguel

An HD receiver, without HD programming, might look a little better, but unless it upconverts the signal, it won't be a lot better. mmulet

I have to agree; it is probably just the fact that you are watching a compressed signal which is optimized for a 27" set. When you go to a 56" set, the picture looks A LOT WORSE. That being said, you can try tweaking the image to make it the best you can. I'd invest in the AVIA Calibration...

I had a similar problem with Dish a week or two ago; the DBS systems are very similar. Mine was a loose connection; I'd recheck ALL connections (and by recheck I mean take them apart, make sure there is no corrosion, and reconnect), and if you still have the problem, rerun the cables...
