I have a couple of Harmony remotes and love them. Problem I am running into is they seem to have done away with RF control on their hubs, and they Hopper has to be controlled with RF as it is in a different room, I can't use IR on it.

I added a Fire TV to my main TV with the Hopper. Question is their a way to get the Dish remote to switch inputs on the TV when you push the aux button on the side? The it would switch back to the other input when you push SAT. Seems like it has to do it but yet it doesn't.

Well I am glad it is not just me, maybe they will get it fixed? Hope they fix my Hopper so I can get on it with Dishanywhere first though !!!

I don't know if it was an update or the fact I switched from a regular Hopper to a Hopper w/Sling, but the menus on the Joey have been real slow the last couple of weeks. Also when hitting page down to go through the guide it will randomly skip ahead 2 pages at a time.

Just wanted to update that is has been over a week now and I still can't get into Dishanywhere. Dish is aware of the issue and suppose to be looking into it but doesn't seem anything is happening.

Did you read the post 3 up where I said that the Android App works, and earlier where I said it is getting an IP address and I can ping it........Yes the internet is working.

I just installed Bluestacks which is an Android emulator program on my computer. Installed the Dish App and can get into my Hopper just fine on that, still doesn't work through the dishanywhere web site though.

Yes I have. Plus I have clear Cache and cookies and tried on multiple computers.

Well it has been 36 hours and still not on Dish Anywhere, guess if it doesn't show up by tomorrow I will have to start calling.

Well I will play around with it once my receiver shows up on dishanywhere. I know there are some programs to run Android apps on Windows 8, might have to see if they work.
