Did you have cable from receiver on port 1 - 2 or 3?

So did you connect single cable from satellite receiver to port 3 61.5 (next to LNB in) connection? Did you run check switch before or after finding 61.5 for the first time?

Page 2 of intructions that I printed off from dish say on 72.7 west use transponder 19 or 21 for maximum strenght. Are these transponders currently working?

I have moved 119 and 110 back and forth but nothing changed. Have not changed 61.5 as it has always worked ok. Also unplugged power to switch and all receiver during moves.
