I live in the Harrisburg area. I had the 1000.4 installed last week. Dish took out the two dishes I had and replaced them with only one 1000.4 dish to pick all three satellites. I did not lose any channels. It works great. :up

I am near Carlisle. I called directly to Dish and not through a retailer. They never told me why I was able to get the 1000.4. They only said that since i was long time HD customer with 2 HD receivers they would schedule me for the install - it was great.

I called and they came right out and installed the 1000.4. There was never any talk by them about the possibility of installing a third dish. I had installed yesterday and it is up and running with the Harrisburg HD locals. There was no charge for the install.

The locals look great - as good as the nationals. The install was not too smooth because the techs are new to it with not much training yet, but he was great and through trial and error he got it to work.

I called DISH to upgrade to the Harrisburg HD locals. I had quite the pleasant suprise when I called. I have a 622 and 722 with 2 dishes. They said they had to upgrade me to the single dish 1000.4 dish so I could pick up the HD locals. I just had it installed tonight (at no charge!)...
