Here in Cedar Rapids, IA, 20-00 (Ch 20 KWKB over satellite) has correct guide data. However, 20-01 (KWKB OTA) guide data is actually for KWTV out of Oklahoma City.

Were you chat people given a reference number to use with the rebate?

I didn't even get an order number, but I found my order number by clicking on "My Shipments".

I wasn't given a number. If it turns out I need one, I'll call them back when it's time to fill out the rebate.

Also, my CSR said the rebate was a prepaid MasterCard, not American Express. She may have been mistaken. I don't care too much either way. She also said the card would arrive in 30 days after the rebate was processed.

I was just told to fill out the rebate online. It wasn't clear whether I had to wait 45 days to fill it out or if i had to fill it out within 45 days. I suspect the form will be at dish.com/getslingadapterreward (which just says "The system is currently unavailable, please try again later"...

I called and the CSR told me that I could only get the rebate if I purchased through a retailer. Obviously he's not right but didn't feel like trying to convince him otherwise. I'll probably just try again tomorrow when things are more settled. What number are people calling? I tried...
