What bird are you trying to get? What king of set up do you have? Make sure you have the proper satellite profile that has the correct polarity and LNB type loaded in the meter. I assume that you are getting video despite the meter showing a signal strength with no lock? I know my Birdog will...

Not sure why the Pansat is not working with the motor. The Viewsat Extreme is junk when used in USALS. It has a long history of driving the motor to the wrong spot. It also forgets the Disecq 1.2 positions. I cannot wait to ebay mine.

Stay away from the Viewsat. As stated in this thread I having nothing but problems with the positioner and also the componet video does not output correctly.
