^ Thanks for clarifying on the warranty. Regarding the EPG it'd certainly be nice but I'd be more into being able to offload the recordings to disc in HD. I'm using a DVD recorder with HDD and atsc tuner now that downconverts the image w/o the EPG and it is doable using the listing from Zap2it.

I was looking at the SonicView HD8000 which brought me here through google but was scared off by the PSU issues. Although I may play with FTA at some point (esp if there are still birds carrying a free signal of the major nets and RTN/RTV) my main interest in it is as a PVR for atsc OTA...
