We had 12 channel cable (2-13) during the 70s and 80s, sometime in the mid 80s they expanded to 20+, then later to the 36 channels and eventually up to the 70 or so chanels we have now on analog. Since about 2000 we had a digital lineup too. Jim

I just want to know if the boxes are compatible I noticed there's 2 different providers and yet a 3rd I think for Sky Angel's US service the one that offers Hawaii tv. Jim

I had dish network and sky angel kept the dish up and only get free PI package with Dish and I kept Sky Angel but Directv is my main service. I suspended Directv for the summer months and got a cable promotion to save money but next month Directv is back and cable will be downgrade d limiited...

I just found out about ITVN and they offer a similar box for IPTV, would their box be compatible with Sky Angel's? They have an offer for a free box if you keep a $10 per month subscription for one year. If I could do that then I would like to subscribe to Sky Angel's service on it too. Jim

Hook up a stereo receiver to the right and left audio and not use the tv volume. I rather hear the stuff in good quality stereo anyway. Jim

Will a ITVN receiver be compatible with what Sky Angel will be offering this/next year? If so I can sign up for the $10 package and get a free box then subscribe to Sky Angel when it comes out. If it's not compatible then I'll have to buy a Sky Angel box too and be stuck with ITVN box. Jim

I have 110, 119, and 61.5 and have Sky Angel, PI, and waivers for FOX, NBC, and CBS and I buy 3 of the 5 Superstations, WPIX, WWOR, and KWGN from Dish. My normal TV is from Directv but for this month I have it suspended and have Dish Family $19.99 instead. Jim

$9.99 for the baby first channel? Are they insane? It's included free with Directv for the past month or so. Since I have no kids I haven't watched it for more then a few seconds while channel surfing. I doubt many parents will pay $10 extra for that channel. There is no premium content. Jim
