After I record a program or an On Demand movie to my HR20-1000 is there a way that I can move a copy of the program to my laptop so I can play it while I am out of the house?

Thanks for the advice, as it turns out DirectV sent me out a H20-100 which has a OTA input so I am in good shape. Does anyone know how many GB the hard drive is for the HR20-100?
