    After the umpteenth time trying to do over the phone "tech support" with my parents regarding their VCR - 301 setup, I think they need a DVR (actually it's just for my mom's Soap Operas). Anyway, Will it be possible to activate a 921 on their account if I keep mine after a 622 upgrade??

    Can anyone confirm 942s, 811s, 921s can't be newly activated ?

    So if I read all the posts correctly, I can give my 921 to my parents who already have E* (2 301's) and they can activate it to give them DVR capability (they have no interest in HD, so no problems there.)

    I'm getting a free dish tomorrow, supposed to be pointed at 148 (for Spanish-language programming - no, I don't speak Spanish), should I ask the installer to point the dish at 61.5 (not sure how clear my LOS is), or should I wait and hope that they mirror VOOM to the 148? I guess the third...
