    pixelated channels and some channels not coming in

    I called insight too many times and they come out and the darn thing never gets fixed right. I have a Motorola dct 6416 III. Anyone know of the reason why this is happening? OH I forgot to mention that it only happens when it rains.

    I got a block rectangle blocking the shows on Sci-fi right now. It's only the show being blocked not the ads. Anyone knows why?
